They guy was a straight creeper. No school books or backpack. It just just so happened that this week there are little children all over campus from some elementary grade student to college thing. I think they are doing a summer school thing this week.
Even creepier now that i put 2 and 2 together..... wow i should have figured that out before i left. Hope i do not see that guy tomorrow |
